热轧滑轮是八十年代国际上出现的新型滑轮，是起重运输、冶金化工、矿山机械、建筑安装中不可缺少的部件，我厂是生产各种规格热轧滑轮的专业无锡滑轮厂。热轧滑轮比铸钢滑轮、焊接滑轮具有以下优点：
一、结构合理、强度高、重量轻、比同规格的铸钢滑轮约轻40%。
二、绳槽表面光滑耐磨，且可以热处理，以提高其硬度，从而延长滑轮使用寿命1-2倍。
三、切削量比铸造滑轮减少约90%，焊接加工量比全焊接滑轮减少约70%，由此，节约大量材料，减少了加工工时，并消除了焊接后变形。
四、可生产不同规格的品种，适应单件或批量生产。
五、制造周期短（比铸钢滑轮提高工效10-20倍）。
六、精度高：径向跳动为1/1000D(D-滑轮直径)，超过西德标准DIN15063-77规定的5/1000D，侧向跳动为2/1000D超过日本标准3/1000D。
